Standard Process optimization of a website

In this article you will find an example of SEO plan, it contains steps that I go through a process of optimization of a small site / environment. Of course, SEO plan may vary according to topic. I attached each process of the plan (where possible) and the number of hours required, also the number varies from case to case. Hours are calculated for a small website, internal pages 5-20.

A) Analysis of site positioning in search engine (in total 16 to 24 - hours required only at the beginning of the project)

1. Composition list of all the relevant keywords for the website (6-8 hours)
2. Analysis of words in terms of search volume (1-3 hours)
3. Analysis of their words in terms of competition (4-6 hours)
4. Composition of the final list of keywords and their distribution on the page (5-7 hours)

B. On-page SEO - optimizing each individual page in accordance with the above analysis:

1. Creating the internal structure of links
2. Grouping links so that the most important pages have the most links
3. Setting meta-title sites
4. Setting meta-description-sized
5. Creating content pages (text)
6. Creating contents page and ensure that targeted words have standard density
7. Placing H1/H2/H3, pins, "other" to images
8. Setting the keyword meta-sites

C. Off-page SEO - adding links to this site

1. Directory submission (20-30 hours at the beginning of the project, 2-4 hours / month)
2. Promoting the products - depends on the number of partners with whom we have established contacts
3. Establishing partnerships - 20-40 hours / month
4. Promoting through press releases
5. Studying other methods of gathering non-standard links (40-60 hours / month) - I put a heavy emphasis on the process.

D. Monitoring statistics - search engine positioning

1. Monthly Report to the position in Google for main keywords targeted (1 hour / month)
2. Report monthly to the number of new links that have been obtained (1 hour / month)
